David Jokinen is responsible for product management, marketing, and sales of Optimal Payments' European solutions. Mr Jokinen has been involved in product development and information technology consulting for over 15 years, with particular expertise in payment processing, risk management, and Internet applications. Prior to his appointment as Marketing Director, Mr Jokinen served the company as Vice-President of Product Development, responsible for product strategy and software development. Before joining Optimal Payments, Mr Jokinen provided information technology consulting services to large corporate clients including Air Canada, BCE Emergis, Bell Canada Enterprises, CGI, Nortel Networks, and Teleglobe.
Shirley Singh is Optimal Payments' European Head of Risk and Compliance. Mrs Singh has over 25 years' experience in the financial services sector, starting her career in retail and commercial banking before moving into e-commerce. During the past seven years she has developed and implemented procedures for risk assessment, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This is a role which she continues to develop and expand while building customer relationships at Optimal Payments.
